If you are an individual, national or regianal organization and/or business and you support the mission of The OUTer Film Festival, we would like to help support you by offering you various opportunities to advertise through our various media outlets. You may choose to advertise with us either by placing an ad in our program book, on our website or have your ad or short commercial projected on screen for the duration of our festival. 2K8 PROGRAM BOOK
The 2K8 Program Guide will consist of approximately 6 pages containing Festival Information and the Program for this year. The 2K8 Program will also contain advertisement space available for our Sponsors and Local Business in and around Austin that support this unique film festival. These advertisements will also be available for on screen projection prior to the films being screened. Potential advertisers should contact us to reserve a space.
Advertising rates are as follows:
Full page ( 6" x 3.25" ) $65.00
Half page ( 3" x 3.25" ) $30.00
Third page ( 2.25" x 3.25" ) $25.00
Quarter page ( 1.25" x 3.25" ) $15.00
Back cover ( 6" x 3.25" ) $75.00 ( printed in color )
The program book will be printed in black and white except for the front and back cover. It will be formatted at 4.25" x 11", vertical. Please ensure that your ad conforms to the specifications above. Space should be reserved by September 15, 2007, and we would need the finished ad in an electronic format. We accept TIFF, JPG, and BMT formats. If you are in need of artwork for an ad, we recommend SilverGod Graf-x, a gay owned graphic design company in Austin. Visit them at www.silvergodgrafx.com.
The 2K8 Program will be distributed to many local and statewide business that cater to those individuals that are members of the GLBT community, have an interest in Science Fiction, Fantasy and/or Horror films with GLBT content and who cater to local filmmakers. The program will also be distributed to the local science fiction con and to the Gaylaxian Convention being held in Atlanta a month prior to The OUTer Film Festival.
